JobMate by OrgSpace Request deletion of your JobMate data Use this page to ask OrgSpace to delete data associated with your use of the JobMate app. We verify each request, review the selected scope, and publish progress using the private reference and status code issued below.

What is deleted Where held by JobMate, this can include account or profile identifiers, saved-job and preference records, notification activity, and support communications selected in your request.
Job-tracking data stored only on your device must be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling JobMate. Data controlled by job boards or other third-party websites must be deleted through those providers.
What happens next Submit the form and save the private reference and status code. An authorized JobMate administrator verifies and approves or rejects the request. Applicable JobMate-held data is deleted or anonymized unless retention is legally required. Check this page until the request is marked completed. Requests are normally reviewed within 7 business days and completed within 30 days. The request record and minimum audit evidence may be retained for up to 90 days after closure for security, dispute handling, and legal compliance, then securely purged when no longer required.
